Flippy tried multiple ATT mvno sims. Only once did it work. Should not be advertised that "its compatible with all major USA networks".

Let be me very clear about the Fig Flip; Any of the 3 networks may take some effort to get it working right, even T-Mobile sometimes has some issues with it. Its just the consequence of using remodeled chinese parts (and we all know what I mean by chinese... even if Apple makes their phones in China too....)
Most people just pop a SIM in and have no issue, while other's face many problems. If you want to try this phone, be prepared to work a bit to set it up. Or better yet buy from somebody that know the phone and the services and can help you set it up., Not from the website or a random ad. And know the software is also a bit half-baked and needs a bunch more updates. (Also note that as of today's update, there is no more video player/recorder)

Flippy lol help for what? The phone is not approved to work with carriers in the USA. Just because there are workarounds doesn't mean they wont kick you off the network in a month or two.
chaimzalman True, but AT&T just did most of their kicking a few months ago, and made a huge mess, I doubt they are going to do it again anytime soon...

If your having problems with verizon on the F21 Pro it might help to go to verizon and ask them for a new 5G sim card, It should work than. (It worked for me) It also works great with the Verizon MVNO usmobile.
Does anyone have The kyocera XT9 apk pulled? Would like to try to play around with installing it on the fig, also anyone had any success installing flip phone message+ on it? not working by me...
Flippy listen as far as i know, even if the phone supports at&ts bands and has volte capability it still wont work unless its explicitly on the white list. well that was the status quo a few months ago.
Helix_X_Dome Somewhat true. But sometimes even ones that ARE on the list dont work unless you have the correct APN settings. And sometimes ones that are NOT on the list will work with the correct APN settings. Thats just how it is in my experience.
Flippy basically its inconsistent - a hit or miss.
Helix_X_Dome Yes, same story with all 3 of the major networks with this phone, most of the time, it's okay, but oftentimes you run into an issue, and you have to deal with it, which is never fun.
I bought a prefiltered f21 in Israel and im not sure which version it is (I've seen others bought in America that were a bit different) does anyone know whether the version they sell in Israel works in America with usmobile?

I have the fig phone (not the flip) for about 6 months. Yesterday the camera app disappeared.

Wouldn't recommend for anyone this phone.
Very poor service, in some indoor locations service drops, sometimes I get messages hours after it is sent.
And now my camera disappeared.
Another issue that I have, when I want to export the contacts a error pops up, & it doesn't allow to export.

Yes. It is a modified version of the FIG as far as I've been told. But the seller has told me it's not under FIG's brand, but instead a QIN F30 branding, and then they will do the filtering for those that want/need it. I will do some testing once they send me an unit and will provide my thoughts as always.

@Flippy FIG is the kashrus "brand" they took a bunch of F21s and put software on it. So we're all talking about the same thing.

jbriones95 Got it. Nice to meet you here Jose! What I want to know is will the product in question have BETTER network compatibility than the FIG? Because the Fig is also being marketed as "US Bands" but in actuality runs into a lot of issues. In short: Hardware or software? And will it be approved by any US carriers?
BTW the original device of the fig phone, "Xiaomi qin f21 pro" has a product update. The Xiaomi qin f22 pro which is supposedly much better.
Flippy As far as I've been told, these are hardware modifications that have improved over the FIG. I'll have to test myself as companies just say stuff nowadays without truly proving their methods. I'll keep everyone posted for sure 🙂

Edit: No Playstore on the OG device, but there will be an option for play store and apk installation I've been told.
