yes it disables the apps but if you do adb it doesn't

Flippy dl248 Most of the time Google will send you an email that they blocked the login. You just have to click the link in the email to allow it.

TryingToBeHelpful sometimes you also need to to that in ADDITION to the steps above. Its really different for different people each time.
