Hello there fellow apps4flipers.

I built a Mouse Cursor for the LG Classic and other flip phones that works across all apps in the system and is easy to activate and deactivate once it is setup.

The product is still in beta and requires a number of adb commands to setup.

You can now download it for free from the main apps4flip site

We normally do not allow self promotion on these forums, however we reached out to the instatext team and they confirmed that the app is real and legitimate and that Instatext receives all of the money sent to them. Therefore we decided to make a one time exception for this app.

On that note, we sent a donation and received the app within hours and can confirm ourselves that the app works quite well on the LG Classic, definitely worth the 15$ if a universal cursor is on your bucket list.

Anyone tried it on the Exalt?

I did not test it on the exalt since I do not own one and therefore no guarantees, however I do not see any reason why it should not work.

Correct, I designed it to be super easy to switch back to D-Pad mode by just pressing * 3 times. So you can switch back to dpad mode when you need to scroll.

I have just added in a scroll mode. So now when you press * 3 times, you cycle through 3 different modes.

1. Mouse Mode
2. Dpad Mode
3. Scroll Mode

will this mouse work on the apps4flip waze? so i can use waze with all options and be able to also enter addresses?

I have not tested it on kyoceras, so donate at your own risk, but I do not see any reason why it should not work.

As for updates, I cannot guarantee anything, but I will try my best.

abe I have not tested it specifically with that app, so donate at your own risk, but It worked with every app that I tried it on so far. It is system wide and not only for 1 app, so yes, it should work for all.

I now have reports coming in that it works great on Kyocera Phones, however I do not have install instructions for kyocera phones and it will probably vary, so donate at your own risk.

Mouse on Waze for Exalt is very unstable.

On Kyocera Extreme it works great!

boruch which commands did you use to install it?

I did it straight through the phone itself

1- install the app.
2- go to developer options
3- all the way at the bottom click advanced settings
4- click accessibility and turn on the mouse app then go back
5- click apps & notifications
6- go all the way down click advanced
7- click special access
8- click display over other apps and allow the mouse app.

I Don't know if this works for cadence.

BoruchAdler the scroll mode needs a improvement, when scrolling it goes till the top or till the bottom can you make it should only scroll one page with every click?

BoruchAdler hi when installing the mouse the voice access stops working is it possible to fix with a different command?

GOLDFISH that is because you have to enable both accessibility services with one command. if you look at my posts you will see the example i gave for enabling voiceaccess together with button mapper. you can follow the same idea for adding this command too you just put a colon in between each service

i want to get rid of the system notification about the cursor displaying over other apps. can anyone help?

I released a new update which improved the scrolling speed and makes the cursor disappear after a short amount of time.

L-B when do I put this command after voice access is installed and works or I have to put this command and shouldn’t put the command from voice access on the site?

Boruch offered to send it to us to test and verify for free, but said that if we wanted to use it permanently, then we needed to donate, otherwise it would be stealing. So we donated since the product was very good, and the Instatext project could use some support. They send out millions of messages constantly and servers cost good money.

Apps4Flip-Admin could you see a way how it should work together with voice access and not stop what’s the exact command to set up both mouse and voice access

Did anyone get the mouse to work properly on the exalt (especially for waze)?

after voice access is installed and working go ahead and install the mouse following the instructions sent except replace that one command with the one i posted.

Instatext has informed me that thanks to the many many people who donated, they are now funded enough for the immediate future.
