hi i installed the launcher for the apps but the launcher app keeps on crashing

is anyone having that problem i am using the kyocera duraxv extreme and i installed over bluetooth

i have the kyocera duraxv and in messages its net letting me switch from abc to t9 the option just went missing randomly and when i click the clr button by messages it doesnt backspace rather it goes back to list of chats and when i type there is a highlited red backround
does anyone know how to fix this?
