Convert an android 11 app to lower android versions
basically go to androidmaintifest and change minsdkversion to a lower number.
Biden2020prez For some apps it works but some not.
That's pretty cool it even can work in the first place!

On pure apk's website they have older versions of every app they have sometimes a older version of a app would work with a older version of android
