can the mobile hotspot on vn220 be enabled if im not using Verizon service rather us mobile?

mobile hotspot on vn220
whynot I am having an error on the VN220 with US mobile. On one SIM the Hotspot works fine, but on the other SIM I get a "mobile number not found" error. The app wont help me because I am trying to us the hotspot with a IOT device like a printer. Any advice?
Flippy I used to have the same problem with them and this is what you have to do first you need to have mobile hotspot included in your plan second keep calling them and tell them that it don't work you might have to wait long on the phone with them and maybe have to call them back a few times but at the end I always got it to work
Note. Once it works and it's on autopay it will always work
If your trying to use the build in VN220 Mobile Hotspot make sure your plan has data or else it wont go. if it doesnt go try reseting your phone or clear the apps data could also work
Hi1 they also told me to turn off data roaming and to set the apn to vzwinternet all small letters

Flippy I had the hotspot issue with the E4610 ("couldn't run subscription check error") and I was on the phone with US mobile for hours and they couldn't help me also because it's technically not an unlocked phone u can't edit some of the apn info cause its greyed out only thing that worked was I installed this [https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aIYvq9Qa02aS2NeT1OG5LAufR0RuFQ6l/view?usp=share_link] app which is specially made for such situations when the phone doesn't let u edit certain settings and I set up hotspot with this app and magically the phones hotspot started working and I even uninstalled the app afterwards and it worked happily ever after
moshe1 Ok. Those I always get taken care of with a rep, either by phone or chat. Usually takes a few tries and sometimes even takes a day or two to work...
My issue that I cant find a solution to is when I try to activate it says "Unknown mobile number".
I have another SIM from US Mobile that works fine. This one I cant get to work. Will see if the app helps though...
my problem is on the lg exalt it says I need to subscribe for mobile hotspot and then it takes me to My Verizon but i have us mobile, any way to bypass?
