Run these commands from a ADB shell.
"wm size 321x428"
"wm density 160"

This makes the internal resolution of Android a bit higher.
The LCD is still 240x320, but you will have more space for your Android apps!
Shut down and restart your phone after, so your wallpaper returns to normal.
The boot screen will always be oddly sized, that's just the nature of what this tweak does.

Reverting:
"wm density reset"
"wm size reset"
This resets your Classic Flip's resolution to 240x320 at around 160 DPI

xxdeafgirl I posted a similar solution a little while ago for the sonim xp3 that has a similar issue, the problem is (and maybe the classic also) that the system apps and menu are not built for the adjusted size and dpi, so it looks really small and the menu looks funny. Do you know of a way to fix that issue, or of a way to adjust dpi per app? (as of now im just set somewhere in middle where the added apps look somewhat better, but the system apps are not too small)

I doubt it wouldn't. Worst comes to worse just revert the change.
I don't have an Exalt so I can't test this myself.

appspro It should work on the exalt, however the exalt screen size is different. You can do adb shell wm size to find out what the size is, and wm density to find out what the dpi is. Then you can adjust them to your liking, higher dpi values will make things bigger, lower values will make things smaller, adjusting the size bigger will make things appear smaller, and making a smaller size will make things appear bigger. But the exalt seems to display things nicely, I dont know if it even needs to be adjusted.

Techgen Most flips are 240x320. But if this worked on Exalt, roll with it!

What Android version is the Exalt based on? 8.1.0?

Techgen I try resizing on the xp3 and the phone app would crash.

chaimontherun by me it only crashes if the dpi is 120 or lower, I keep mine on 125.

This is an android thing i tried it on TCL flip 2 and it worked. so long as it runs some version of android.
Browser(my only way of getting weather) was cramped

roncat Yeah it's an ADB thing. The reason he titled it LG Classic Flip is because a phone with a different sized screen needs different commands.

samtee Not on exalt unfortunately. Because we don't have root and packages are hardcored in java. That's why Apps4Flip Launcher is pretty good.
