YES the TCL Flip 2 and the Kyocera duraXV E4610/E4810 works great in Israel, I tested it the past month with triple tel and it had great 3g service
Jackbeast it works but it depends which phone you are using because most US flip phones doesn't have the 4g bands for Israel only 3g will work
