Hi My LG exalt starting recently resending old text messages to people. it's very annoying that people think I sent them texts that I didn't send. A friend with a kyocera verizon phone also has the same problem. Has anyone experienced this and has any solutions??

exalter123 i think its a message plus problem. many people are having issues

seemed to help when i deleted the cloud app

exalter123 I know people that their phones started sending old messages after they were by a certain camp upstate NY that had bad service. They had regular messaging not message plus. LG exalt and kyocera cadence.

I don't want to delete cloud because that's what backs up my contacts.
So does anyone know how to fix this?

Wipe the phone. And save your contacts to your SD card or Google account.

exalter123 you can try turning off cloud for messages w/o uninstalling . i dont know if itll help

Verizon unsubscribed all flip phones from message plus, so this should be resolved...
