I also had the same problem with T-Mobile. The problem is that its locked to sprint and they say they cant unlock anything from sprint even though they bought sprint.

dovi Sprint has a different number: 1 (888) 211-4727. Call them, ask if you could unlock your phone, and give them the IMEI. More information here. Hope this helps!

Gratitudetocreator Even so, if the IMEI is from them (it's a Sprint phone), no matter who you buy it from, they should be able to unlock it (in most cases).
