Does anyone know how to keep t9 on? every time I send a text it resets.

WARNING TO ANYONE LOOKING INTO BUYING THE SCHOCK: My friend is on his third schock within six months and that one just broke. Basiclly its a junky phone.

my SCHOK just BROKE today, the phone just vibrates.

UPDATE, I TOOK APART THE PHONE and ripped out the vibrator, and the phone works like normal.

Someone told me today that he heard (that means this is thirdhand, don't take my word for it) that Schok will replace anything without issue if you call them up. Please, if you call them, let us know how it goes, to give everyone more information about that.

Biden2020prez I have experience. Pretty easy with the warranty replacements, But really not even worth the phone call, if you are going to have to do it all over again very soon afterwards....
