i have a schock that i am trying to debug so i can take apps off of it but when i click the build number to open developer options nothing happens. Any advice?

after searching the forum i found a developer options app that someone uploaded and from there i was able to turn on developer options

@Nhaaps @Apps4Flip-Admin You have to go to Lock Control 2.0 > System >Developer Options, then click the build # 7 times.

Nhaaps You allowed developer options in Lock Control, then exited and went back to click the build #, and it didn't work?
I hope this isn't a stupid question: On boost mobile version of Schok, I set lock controls, and only the settings ones worked (like wifi, developer options), but not the app controls (like browser). Anyone experienced this?
Also, I can't figure out how to factory reset this phone.

Biden2020prez I had the same exact thing. This phone came with many bug, this is probably just another one of them.
