disabling factory reset and shell

can someone figure out how to make an app that enables com.lge.killswitchagent wich disables factory reset
and an app that you can temporarly disable adb shell

maybe just try uninstalling com.lge.hiddenmenu to disable factory reset

doesnt allow apps
