Common Problems:
1) Unable to install apps (INSTALL_FAILED_INTERNAL_ERROR): Reenable your defcontainer app with these commands. adb shell pm enable com.android.defcontainer

@Exosylver if i do this to an exalt with livigent i can install apps?

you can't connect your phone to a computer after filtering

Exosylver that command doesn't work for the lg exalt and I checked which packages were disabled and I tried using those package names and it was giving me a error
Maybe there's a different command for the exalt?

This is only if the phone is on the base rom, and not on the livigent or techloq rom.

There's a guy in Spartanburg Flea Market in Spartanburg, SC who is scamming people by selling Classic Flips full of malware and stuff if you see him DON'T PAY HIM. I bought one of his classic flips that has YouTube and other apps installed and immediately started getting fullscreen ads. I found a litecoin miner among other garbage.
