LG EXALT keeps restarting (sometimes makes loud ring then restarts) PLS HELP

My Exalt keeps restarting by itself. Sometimes it makes a loud ring and then restarts. If anyone has any experience with such a problem pls HELP ME.

mg5077 I Changed the battery, didnt help thanks anyway

blumax I don't know if its the same problem, but same thing happened to me on exalt 2 (3g phone). It probably happened to me because I sort of overloaded the system, was connected to bluetooth talking on the phone while texting and pressing buttons a lot faster than the phone could respond, and was never able to fix it.
