Anyone with tips whats the best, anonmous safe way t upload files to this website, that wont expire, and is convienient and fast for all (no login) please dont just give the answer ("google drive") but also give specific info/steps.

Flippy Google Drive requires a login (any google account). You click share and then create link.
File.io is another option, no login, no expiration, very easy to use, just click upload file.

Other then the file that your got the share link from, I don't think so.

Just make sure not to share a whole folder by accident.
