I uninstalled just about everything on my exalt via adb (calculator,text,calander,music etc) and than filtered it with the livigent one from filterlg.com and now my phone can't turn on when I power on the phone it just stays loading by the verizion logo. cellular4less in bp told me it cost $200 to put in a new board!!! pls post a cheaper method

it's blocked, even when I hold down the power button and the lower volume button ,it says ''Factory reset is disabled by kill switch''

ehrenfeldkids Whatever you do don't pay $200, you can get a new phone for $200. Did you try taking the battery out of the phone? Worst case scenario, you can get a phone for parts on eBay and switch out the motherboard yourself.

its literally four screws inside the back of the phone and one wire to unplug. thats it.

Send the phone to lg tell them to diagnose prob you will end up paying prob 50$ shipping plus they charge to diagnose then tell them you don’t want to fix it they automatically will reset the phone that’s there policy so then it should work lg 8007938896

so lg could switch out the motherboard for $50+shipping?

They don’t have 2 switch the motherboard they can reset it or reinstall the software they have all the back doors around the filter they first approve all the filters before they can start using

Probably 2-3 weeks that’s what they told me when they did work Me but ended up taking 2 weeks

so let me just summerize:

Yes ask lg on the phone see what they tell you They told me they always reset the phone ( so they don’t get sued for going through peoples things ) see what they say
