I'm always up for trying out new things 😄 .
I should mention though that my native language is Hindi, and I know working English. I have no idea about hebrew, so linguistics in a hebrew keyboard worked upon by me would probably be inaccurate (potentially unusable).

Please run the following command - adb shell am start -n com.lge.ime/.com.lge.ime.setting.SelectLanguagesActivity and report back if you are able to add the hebrew language pack from that screen. If you are running the command in webadb then omit the adb shell part.

Apps4Flip-Admin I got the same error like L-B but I was able to launch the activity a long time ago with the package browser app and I have the option to add it but.... nothing happened !

@Apps4Flip-Admin I think I have a little but major fix to the heb. keyboard from @BoruchAdler (maybe you need his permission) to just disable the app on the dialer screen [this is actually how the default keyboard works]
