I have an unlocked alcatel 4044c using service with at&t towers. after at&t stopped 3g the phone stopped working and the service provider (wing) said phone cant update because its filtered. I changed to net10-at&t and they said phone is either 3g or doesnt have LTE or voLTE. voLTE is on in settings however when I dial ##3282# and go to LTE it is disabled and its not working to enable. Any ideas?

I had a similar experience with the Alcatel 4052R. Its not a software update issue, its an APN issue. Once you get the correct APN it should connnect to the towers and work fine.
