Does anyone know if car rental apps work on flip phones? If yes, I will upload them.

I know that hertz works on the Kyocera Dura extreme but avis and some other ones don't really work.
I have the f21 pro and I have hertz on their but for some reason when I try to sign in it says service issues try again later if you know hey to fix that or you can modify the app that would be great! THANKS!
